"I had a Honda that required prompt service, so I contacted Rudy, who was able to work me in to his already crowded schedule. We settled on a general time, and he kept me abreast of his status, arriving within 15 minutes of our scheduled appointment time. I stayed with him during the repair, asking him about his background. Despite his relatively young age, he's worked at a repair shop, at a dealer, and independently, gaining the sort of wide-ranging experience that allows him to service cars both domestic and foreign, handling essentially any sort of repair necessary. (He listed the last several repairs he'd performed -- a diverse set of challenges.) I was pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and ability to diagnose a problem accurately and explain it in clear terms. Kudos also to his aide, Hazel, who assisted him throughout the process.
